Eligibility Policy
Who can register a hospital on Sergistry, and what to prepare.
You are eligible to register if you are:
- A Hospital Head, Chief of Hospital, Medical Director, or authorized representative
- Registering a licensed, accredited, or formally registered hospital
- Able to provide official documents proving your authority and the hospital's legitimacy
Documents you will need to prepare:
- Your authority (at least one): Appointment Letter, Certificate of Employment, Designation Order, Board Resolution, or Authorization Letter
- Hospital legitimacy (at least one): Hospital License, Accreditation Certificate, or Business Registration Document
- A personal government-issued ID
